Two more sleeps until I coach my first game of the 2008/09 Season. I can't wait to see what my team can do. I have been working hard on our game plan and goals for the first game. I may not be able to sleep Friday night and I will be bouncing off the walls at work....at Build A Bear Workshop, a good place to be when one is all excited.
I made a new bear today, to celebrate the success of getting my first pay cheque for coaching basketball. Yes, a very important occassion, worthy of a grand celebration.
I love coaching practices, but it's the adrenaline rush of coaching a game and all the strategizing and team building that I really love.
Well, it's off to sleep after a fabulous day. I spent most of the day with my friend Michelle and her very adorable daughter, who makes me giggle-a lot. Then at Build a Bear tonight I got my 1 year certificate and a very cute new bear to celebrate my 1 year anniversary at Build a Bear, better late than never as I have actually been there at least 1.5 years.
Well, that's it for another day.
